My Qualifications

I am a qualified and accredited Executive, Life and Career Coach with years of experience working in the Corporate sector with leaders and managers and their teams.  I have a B.Sc. in Management and Marketing (DIT) and Diplomas in Effective Leadership and Management (UCD), Advanced Transformational Coaching (Mindful Talent) and Advanced Career Coaching (Irish Life Coaching Institute). I am also a highly experienced life and career coach and I often bring elements of this into my executive coaching sessions. I believe it is vital to have a holistic approach to the work we do, as it is natural that what we have going on outside of work will impact on our time in work, and vice versa. This approach ensures that every aspect is covered to ultimately support you in every way possible.
