My Qualifications

I am a qualified and accredited Executive, Life and Career Coach with years of experience working in the Corporate sector with leaders and managers and their teams. I have a B.Sc. in Management and Marketing (DIT) and Diplomas in Effective Leadership and Management (UCD), Advanced Transformational Coaching (Mindful Talent) and Advanced Career Coaching (Irish Life Coaching Institute). I am also a highly experienced life and career coach and I often bring elements of this into my executive coaching sessions. I believe it is vital to have a holistic approach to the work we do, as it is natural that what we have going on outside of work will impact on our time in work, and vice versa.
