Through simple education, guided somatic and mindfulness practices, and supportive weekly reflection, you’ll learn to recognise your nervous system states, discover calming tools, and build a personal toolkit for resilience, connection and ease in everyday life.
Your nervous system is the foundation of how you experience life. It shapes how you respond to stress, connect with others and find calm. Yet for many of us, our system is stuck in patterns of anxiety, stress, shutdown or tension – often without us realising why.

This 6-week in-person course offers a gentle, practical introduction to understanding and befriending your nervous system. Through simple education, guided mindfulness and somatic practices and supportive weekly reflection.

This course is open to anyone curious about how their nervous system impacts wellbeing. You may be living with anxiety, stress, chronic pain, low mood, or simply want to understand yourself better. No prior experience is needed - just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
