Our accredited certificate in Coaching practice programme
This 16-week, globally-accredited Association for Coaching programme is designed for people who want to grow as professional coaches in a supportive, experiential and community-driven environment. Here, you’ll do more than learn theory and coaching skills - you’ll practice coaching in ways that are meaningful and effective.
We use real play, not role play, helping you develop the skills, presence and confidence needed to guide others through powerful, transformative coaching conversations. With neuroscience-informed approaches and hands-on practice, you’ll emerge ready to integrate coaching into your professional and personal life with authenticity.
We also support deeper reflective practice, so your journey to becoming a coach offers space to not just develop as a coach, but to develop as a person, with so much self discovery along the way, ensuring you become the best coach you can be and to work in alignment with who you are. Our three modules are based on our core principles which are:

-
To create a safe and supportive learning environment where you can explore what it means to be a great coach and build a firm foundation for further learning.
-
To support you in becoming the best coach you can be
-
